Pilot Captain — Large Cabin Jets
Location: Nice, France (base) / Worldwide operations
Type: Full-time
We are seeking an experienced Pilot Captain for large-cabin aircraft operations. The ideal candidate holds an ATPL with type ratings on Bombardier Global, Gulfstream G-V/G650, or Dassault Falcon 7X/8X, with a minimum of 5,000 total flight hours and 2,000 hours PIC on type. International experience is essential, particularly in European, Middle Eastern, and transatlantic operations.
You will operate charter and owner flights, participate in crew training programs, and maintain the highest safety standards. Current medical certificate and ICAO English proficiency Level 5 or higher required.
Maintenance Technician — EASA Part 66 B1/B2
Location: Nice, France / South of France region
Type: Full-time
We are looking for a qualified maintenance technician with EASA Part 66 B1 or B2 license to coordinate and oversee maintenance activities for our managed fleet. Experience with Bombardier, Dassault, and Embraer business jets is preferred. The role involves planning scheduled maintenance, managing AOG situations, coordinating with MRO facilities, and maintaining airworthiness records.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure during unscheduled maintenance events are essential. Multilingual candidates (English plus French, German, or Russian) are preferred.
Client Relations Manager
Location: Nice, France

Join our client services team as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. You will coordinate charter bookings, manage ongoing communications, anticipate client needs, and ensure every interaction with Plane Selection exceeds expectations.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, private aviation, or high-end concierge services. Exceptional communication skills in English are required; French, Russian, or Arabic are significant advantages. You must be comfortable with 24/7 availability for urgent client requests.
Aviation Consultant — Aircraft Sales
Location: Nice, France / Remote (Europe-based)
Type: Full-time
We are expanding our aircraft sales team and seeking an experienced aviation consultant to manage buyer and seller engagements. The role includes market analysis, aircraft valuation, buyer needs assessment, pre-purchase inspection coordination, and transaction management through closing.
Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft brokerage or sales is required. Knowledge of business jet markets (light, mid-size, and large cabin) and strong analytical skills are essential. An existing network of industry contacts is a significant advantage. ARGUS or IADA familiarity preferred.
Marketing Specialist — Aviation & Digital
Location: Nice, France / Hybrid
Type: Full-time
Drive Plane Selection's brand presence across digital channels. You will manage our website content, coordinate SEO and SEM campaigns, produce marketing materials, manage social media accounts, and support the sales team with client-facing presentations and proposals.
We are looking for someone with 2-4 years of marketing experience, ideally in aviation, luxury, or B2B services. Proficiency in content management systems, analytics platforms (GA4), and design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) is required. Strong English copywriting skills are essential.
