Overview
The Embraer Phenom 300E holds the distinction of being the world's most-delivered light business jet for more than ten consecutive years. Since the original Phenom 300 entered service in 2009, Embraer has delivered over 700 aircraft, establishing an unmatched track record of reliability and owner satisfaction in the light-jet segment.
The "E" designation, introduced in 2018, brought significant upgrades: a redesigned cabin interior by BMW Designworks, enhanced avionics with Prodigy Touch, increased range, and the Bossa Nova Edition interior option that raised the standard for light-jet luxury. The 2024 model year added further improvements including enhanced connectivity and upgraded seating.
The Phenom 300E's success stems from its ability to deliver near-midsize performance — 839 km/h cruise speed and 3,724 km range — in a single-pilot-certified platform with light-jet operating costs. For charter operators, it provides the ideal combination of utilisation rates, passenger appeal, and economic efficiency.

Performance
The Phenom 300E is the fastest single-pilot-certified jet in production, with a maximum cruise speed of 839 km/h (Mach 0.80). The two PW535E1 engines deliver 3,478 lbf each while consuming approximately 500 kg/h of fuel at long-range cruise — efficient enough for the 300E to cover routes like London to Marrakech, New York to Nassau, or Dubai to Mumbai nonstop.
The takeoff distance of 975 m and landing distance of 760 m place the Phenom 300E among the most airport-flexible aircraft in its class. It can operate from short regional strips, bringing passengers closer to their final destinations and avoiding congested hub airports.
Embraer's Prodigy Touch avionics suite features three large touchscreen displays, synthetic vision, TCAS II, and a heads-up guidance system. The intuitive interface and single-pilot certification mean that the 300E can be operated economically with just one pilot for shorter missions.
Cabin Layout
The Phenom 300E cabin was redesigned in collaboration with BMW Designworks, bringing automotive-grade fit and finish to the light-jet segment. The cabin measures 5.18 m long, 1.55 m wide, and 1.50 m high, with a typical configuration of four club seats and a three-place aft divan.
The Bossa Nova interior option adds premium leather, carbon-fibre accents, and ambient lighting inspired by Brazilian design. Every seat includes a personal device holder, USB charging ports, and individual air vents. A refreshment centre at the forward end of the cabin provides catering capability for multi-hour flights.
The enclosed lavatory at the rear is fully belted, and the 2.41 m3 externally accessed baggage compartment can hold golf bags, skis, and luggage for up to eight passengers. An additional in-cabin wardrobe provides space for hanging garments.

Competitors
The Phenom 300E competes with the Cessna Citation CJ4 Gen2, HondaJet Elite S, and Pilatus PC-24. Against the CJ4, the Phenom offers a more modern cabin design and slightly better range, while the CJ4 counters with marginally lower acquisition cost and more cabin width.
The HondaJet Elite S is smaller and less expensive but cannot match the Phenom's range, speed, or passenger capacity. The PC-24 offers a larger cabin and unpaved runway capability but at a higher price and with greater operating costs. The Phenom 300E's decade-long market dominance reflects its position as the most well-rounded light jet available.
Embraer's global service network includes over 80 authorised centres and a 24/7 AOG support line, ensuring that Phenom 300E operators maintain industry-leading dispatch reliability rates.
